Who We Are
A Sisterhood That Puts Down Roots
The Jannah Garden was born from a question a mother asked while watching her daughter grow: who will walk beside her? Not who will teach her — but who will show her, by living it, what a strong-willed Muslim woman looks like in today's world. Inspired by the scouting model and filled with our faith, we built a garden with four tiers. Blossoms learning how. Lilies beginning to ask why. Palms carrying it out into the world. And Roots — the mothers — taught first, drawing up what the whole garden lives on.
Every girl is held by the one above her, and holds the one below. That is not a slogan; it is the architecture. A nine-year-old here is not only a student — she is someone's big sister, and she rises to it. We are raising rooted Muslim women in the West. Girls who do not simply perform their faith, but understand it — and who have a sisterhood standing with them when it gets hard.
We believe in building bridges, nurturing hearts, and strengthening the bonds of sisterhood that will unite us as one garden, one Ummah.

What We Offer
What the Garden Offers
A program built to carry a girl from her first steps in faith to the day she guides another.
Four-Tier Mentorship
Every girl is paired with an older sister who guides her, and given a younger one to guide in turn. Blossoms through Roots, no girl stands alone.
Learn More →A Curriculum With Depth
Each term follows one subject across twelve weeks — taught, discussed, put into practice, then demonstrated. She learns the how, and grows into the why.
Learn More →Badges She Truly Earns
Badges mark her growth in deen and life skills, earned by demonstrating her knowledge to her older mentors. There are no deadlines—she can try as many times as she needs because the door to learning never closes.
Learn More →Mothers as Members
The Roots are a tier of their own — taught each lesson before their daughters receive it, mentoring girls who are not their own, and honored at the close of every term.
Learn More →Service & Outings
Each term includes a project serving the masjid, a fundraiser the girls plan and run themselves, and a field trip where the whole group prays together outdoors.
Learn More →Ceremonies & the Khimar
At ever term the garden gathers as badges are awarded and each girl is celebrated. Every girl wears a khimar in the color of her tier, with her badges along the edge.
